I graduated from Illinois State University in the Kinesiology Department with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science.

During my time at Illinois State University I was certified in CPR/AED – Adult and First Aid from American Red Cross. Also, I am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and pursuing certification to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Before graduating, I did my senior internship in Willowbrook, Illinois doing strength and conditioning athletes at Get Fast Acceleration. After completing the internship, I was employed by Sports Enhancement Center in Bloomington, Illinois where I focused on strength and conditioning athletes.
