Gingered Berry Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 8 oz. carton plain, unsweetened yogurt (soy, cow or goat’s milk)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • ¼ teas. dried or freshly grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped nuts

In a parfait or other glass, layer yogurt, berries and nuts and enjoy!

You can also top this with raw wheat germ or ground flax-seeds.
