Orange-Oregano Dressing

  • ½ tsp. freshly grated orange zest
  • ½ cup orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or ¾ tsp. dried
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper

Place all ingredients in a jar.  Cover and shake to combine.

Makes about 1 cup.
