Protein Powder Pancake
- ¾ scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp. Splenda
- ½-1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 oz. oatmeal
- 1 oz. Egg Beaters
- 1 oz. skim milk
- Blueberries or fruit of your choice
Mix all ingredients together. Pour & spread in a small skillet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for several minutes. Turn, cook other side till done.
Top with spray butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar-free syrup
Makes 1 pancake.
