MEAL PLANNING / MEAL PREP SERVICES

​Both meal planning and food prep service can be used as a stand-alone program or in conjunction with our personal training program at Training Domain. Whatever your goal may be lose weight, gain weight, overall health or just save time in the kitchen, we can help you achieve it.

 

 If your goal is WEIGHT LOSS, the first question you should ask yourself should be, "Is my meal planning reasonable and sustainable?" At Training Domain, we believe this is one of the reasons we have been so successful with our clients.  We do not do fad diets.  They do not work.

If you are using the gym as your primary tool for weight loss, STOP! Your efforts will never match the results you are wanting.  You are setting yourself up for failure. You will never out-train or out cardio a bad diet. You must change your eating habits to see the results. There are many views as to "eating healthy." Remember, "Eating healthy" and "eating for weight loss" are two different things. 

Training Domain will teach you the timing, portion, combination, and types of foods that will get you results. We will teach and help you to put all food groups into a system that will create weight loss.  Most importantly, we will be encouraging you to plan and prepare your foods. Ultimately, you must learn to make inconvenient food convenient.

In your first session, we will go over the entire meal planning process in detail.   We will also show you how to input this process into YOUR daily routine. We will get a before photo, measurements, and weigh in. We will weigh you weekly. You will be asked to bring your food journal to each training session, and we will review and make adjustments, if needed.
