New Year’s Special 

HOW TO GET STARTED 

  • If you are new, current, or past client to Training Domain set up your FREE consultation with either Mark or Marnie.  Once you have made a decision on your 90-day commitment you will be scheduled for your first workout.  After your workout we will meet on meal planning and goal setting. YOU will fill out your goals for the next 90 days.  We will get your initial weigh-in, measurements and photos taken by your phone and the trainer’s phone. Your first appointment will be 1.5 hours.  After your first initial meeting workouts sessions will be 45 minutes.  

    WORKOUTS 

  • 3 to 6 (45) minute workouts per week.  

  • Minimum 3 scheduled strength training workouts with a personal trainer per week, with option of guided workouts on your own. (THIS OPTION WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE FIRST MEETING). 

    MEAL PLANNING & 90 DAY GOAL SETTING 

  • Initial meal planning meeting, Implement the 5 P’s.  (You will be informed of what they are) 

  • Journal all meals and bring your journal to EVERY workout for consultation. 

  • 90-day goal setting meeting: lbs. lost, strength/cardio testing, workouts per wk., ETC. (THESE ARE YOUR GOALS NOT YOUR TRAINERS)   

    ACCOUNTABILITY – STAY ACCOUNTABLE TO YOUR TRAINER

  • Show up for scheduled workouts. 

  • Bring your filled out journal to every workout. 

  • Weigh once a week EVERY week with your trainer.

  • $975.00 UNLIMITED: up to 6x per week with trainer. (NO COUPLES RATE FOR UNLIMITED) 

  • $695.00.00 singles rate 3x per week with trainer, $1250.00 couples’ rate. 

  • BRING A NEW PERSON PACKAGE: (FOR EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY) 

  • 25% off single rate package for referral. 

  • 15% off couple’s rate package for referral. 

  • 1 REFER PER PACKAGE.
